When you register for a Ranklix account, we collect basic contact information including your full name and email address. Passwords are cryptographically salted and hashed prior to write-in database storage and are never retrievable by our support staff or administrators.
To use the Ranklix WordPress connector, you must configure a website connection in your dashboard. We store the website name and site URL. The system generates unique API keys to facilitate sync. Plaintext API keys are visible to you only once upon generation; they are stored in our secure database as cryptographic SHA-256 hashes.
We use standard session cookies to preserve your authenticated dashboard session. These cookies are essential for security. We do not use intrusive cross-site tracking cookies. You can manage or disable cookie behavior in your browser settings, though some features of the dashboard may become inaccessible.
We collect anonymized usage analytics regarding user actions on our site to improve the speed and responsiveness of our generator services. This includes logging aggregate credit usage statistics and request response codes.
Ranklix utilizes manual payment verification for local (JazzCash) and international (Bank Transfer) transactions. When you submit a payment request, we store the amount, transaction ID, optional notes, and the receipt screenshot you upload. Receipts are stored securely inside private Supabase storage buckets.
Your account profiles, connected websites, and metadata generations are stored in our secure hosted Supabase database infrastructure. Data is retained for as long as your account remains active. We perform weekly backups which are encrypted at rest.
You have the right to request access to the personal data we store about you, correct inaccuracies, or request the deletion of your account. If you wish to delete your account and associated database tables, you can request account closure from our support desk.
