Welcome to Ranklix. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, located at ranklixai.com, our dashboard interface, API endpoints, and the WordPress connector plugin.
By creating an account or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
You must register an account to obtain API credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Ranklix cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Ranklix is a subscription-based SaaS. Access is divided into tiers: Free Trial, Starter, Pro, and Agency. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly cycle. Plan prices are subject to change, but you will always be notified at least 30 days in advance of any change.
Each plan includes a monthly allocation of optimization credits (e.g., 100 for Starter, 500 for Pro). One credit corresponds to one successful SEO generation request (titles, metas, alt text, or FAQs). Credits reset at the end of each billing period; unused credits do not roll over.
Subscriptions are bound by active site limits (Free Trial: 1 site, Starter: 5 sites, Pro: 25 sites, Agency: 100 sites). Connecting sites beyond your plan limit will require upgrading to a higher tier or deleting existing sites.
You agree not to bypass credit controls, scrape content maliciously, make excessive rapid requests that constitute a Denial of Service, or use generated content to disseminate spam or malware. Violation of these policies will result in immediate termination of API keys without warning.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and invalidate API keys at our discretion if we detect breach of these terms, copyright violations, or malicious activity.
Ranklix services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding search engine rankings, uptime availability, or content generation accuracy. AI outputs are suggestions and must be verified by the editor before publication.
In no event shall Ranklix or its owner Saima be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of search traffic or sales) arising from the use or inability to use our platform or plugin.
